PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT

Progetto Europa guarantees technical assistance to all the departments of the City of Modena interested in submitting a project to the European Commission and then managing the project once funding is granted. In particular, the technical assistance consists of the following:

• consultancy aimed at identifying any European programmes of interest;
• research into the calls for proposals suitable to the projects that interest the Local authority;
• checks carried out with the European Commission as to the acceptability of the projects planned in the field of specific European programmes;
• assistance in the search for the partners needed to constitute international partnerships, aimed at providing a joint presentation of the project;
• preparing and submitting the project proposal to the European Commission;
• help in the management of relationships with the Directorate-Generals of the European Commission, so as to follow the development stages of the project proposal;
• help in the management and accountability of the projects once funded.
