INFORMATION

The information service aims to guide the Administrators, managers and employees of the City of Modena with regard to the opportunities and funding offered by the European Union.

This service is offered through a number of different channels:

• through specific Info Bulletins, containing different information for different groups;

• through periodic meetings with each of the City departments in order to illustrate the various funding programmes offered by the European Union. These meetings serve two different purposes: on one hand, they provide up-to-date guidance to the administrators and managers of the various sectors with regard to the opportunities arising in their respective fields; on the other hand, they allow Progetto Europa to carry out its research work into community opportunities better, enabling it to make them known rapidly;

• specific information: when specific requests are made, there is also a service for accessing and transmitting information and documentation on the opportunities offered by the European Union to the department in question as quickly as possible.

• through publishing informative and accessible texts on the European Union.
