Contact with the public and awareness-raising on European issues

Thanks to European Union funding, in 1997 the City of Modena opened an information desk for citizens on Europe.

Europe Direct – Info point Europe is an information relay on the activities and opportunities offered by the European Union, open to all citizens, with particular focus on young adults and schools. It is part of the Europe Direct network of information desks promoted by the Directorate General Communication of the European Commission.

Info point Europe is to be found in the Information and Communication with Citizens area of the City of Modena in Piazza Grande.
