From the very start, Progetto Europa has always paid special attention to the publication of accessible and informative material on the issue of Europe.

In 1999, the City of Modena published the handbook entitled “Parole Chiave per l’Europa”, aimed at providing members of local authorities with the necessary information to get to know the European Union and the main opportunities for European funding.

Following that, Progetto Europa started and developed a working relationship with the Maggioli publishing house with the publication in June 2000 of the handbook entitled, “La gestione amministrativa dei progetti europei negli enti locali”.

In particular, the works published by Progetto Europa are the following:

Parole chiave per l’Europa (1999)

Published by the City of Modena, with the support of the European Commission Representation in Milan, this is a text of an instructive and accessible nature.

The book sets out to provide a basic knowledge of the themes of European to those who want to understand the main opportunities for community funding for local authorities.

The book consists of a number of different chapters, including one dedicated to the history of the community institutions, one outlining European policies, and one dealing more specifically with the community opportunities aimed at local authorities. The work also includes a glossary and a bibliography.

La gestione amministrativa dei progetti europei negli enti locali (2000)

Published by Maggioli, this text offers local authorities the chance to understand the Progetto Europa experience in terms of administrative management, including the financial, fiscal and banking aspects of the projects financed by the European Union.

The first part looks at the “model” developed by Progetto Europa, while the second examines all the funding programmes aimed at public bodies, with information on the community balance, the history of the European Union, the European Treatises, and the workings of various European institutions. The work also includes a glossary and a bibliography.
