He is in charge of planning and management of innovative projects on the field of ITC and communication in the framework of the Department for Communication and Relations with Citizens of the City of Modena. Since 1995 he is responsible for "Mo-Net", the civic network of the City of Modena.
He collaborates with many local authorities and companies in the areas of communication, web-marketing, e-government, as well as for training programmes in the ICT sector.
Editor in chief of the monthly magazine "e-Gov cultura e tecnologie per l'innovazione" - Maggioli Publishing House.

Forty seven years old, journalist and author of various books and articles, degree in Contemporary History at the University of Bologna.
