Covenant of Majors (Patto dei Sindaci) - sito web ufficiale
Il Patto dei Sindaci è sottoscritto da città che vogliono andare oltre gli obiettivi di politica energetica dell'Unione Europea, per quanto riguarda la riduzione delle emissioni di CO2, attraverso il miglioramento dell'efficienza energetica e la produzione ed uso di energia più pulita.

Patto Sindaci della Provincia di Modena
La Provincia di Modena era stata riconosciuta Struttura di Supporto della UE per l'attuazione del Patto dei Sindaci sul territorio, al fine di svolgere un ruolo di sostegno e coordinamento alle amministrazioni locali interessate a perseguire gli obiettivi previsti dal programma della Commissione Europea. Oggi il riferimento europeo è svolto dal sito nazionale Patto dei sindaci.

Progetto ADAPT
This is a new project being carried out for DG Climate Action which will provide capacity building and assistance for cities in developing and implementing an adaptation strategy.

Progetto CHAMP (A Managing Urban Europe Initiative Local Response to Climate Change)
The objective of CHAMP is to train and support local and subregional authorities in implementing an integrated management system for climate change mitigation and adaptation, and to promote the method and the model Europe-wide.

Progetto IDEMS (Integration & Development of Environmental Managment System)
The aim is to integrate the Environmental Management System and the Environmental Accounting System: EMAS, City and Local Environmental Accounting and Reporting (CLEAR) and ecoBudget, from the specifics requirements of a Local Authority toward a better effectiveness of the environmental politics and a continuous improvement of the urban environmental management.

Progetto LaCRe
Il progetto LACRe si poneva come obiettivo principale quello di contribuire alla lotta ai cambiamenti climatici attraverso la realizzazione di partnership pubblico-privato che, facendo perno sulla Responsabilità Sociale di Impresa, promuovano strategie efficaci per ottenere una riduzione delle emissioni di gas serra. Si trattava quindi di mettere insieme le leve, gli impegni e le conoscenze di soggetti diversi, che in modo diverso possono contribuire al raggiungimento di un fine comune: una "low carbon economy" locale.

Progetto Laks (Local Accauntability for Kyoto Goals)
The LAKs project aims at showing the cities potential in grasping existing opportunities and synergies to actively contribute to the achievement of the Kyoto goals, and more actual, the targets set by the European Commission within the Climate Action and renewable energy package approved in December 2008.

Progetto MUSEC (Multiplying Sustainable Energy Communities)
Sustainable Energy Communities (SEC) are local communities in which politicians, planners, developers, market actors and citizens actively co-operate to demonstrate and develop a high degree of decentralised energy supply, favouring renewable energies as sources, together with a conscientious application of energy efficiency measures in all end-use sectors.The main objective of the MUSEC project is to develop and implement a Sustainable Energy Community (SEC) strategy in seven european communities. Progetto iniziato nel 2006 e concluso nel 2008.

Progetto South-EU Urban ENVIPLANS
This project aims to sets out the problems and challenges facing South Europe's urban areas, with the ultimate commitment of improving the environment and the Quality of life for EU and East Adriatic countries inhabitants.

Progetto SustainableNOW (European Sustainable Energy Communities - Effective INtegrated Local Energy Action Today)
It focuses on strengthening the role of local and provincial governments, as political and administrative bodies acting in an exemplary manner and guiding communities in the sustainable energy transition period.
