Barbarito Mariangela - Funzionario amministrativo presso Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna Pisa
Nel novembre 2010 ho conseguito la Laurea Specialistica in Politiche e Relazioni Internazionali presso l'Università di Pisa (votazione 110/110 e Lode) discutendo una tesi sulla storia dell'Algeria contemporanea. Nell'anno 2011 ho lavorato presso il Centro Europe Direct - Provincia di Pisa come tirocinante con borsa di studio della SSSA. A partire dal 2012 ho iniziato un Dottorato di ricerca in Geopolitica, terminato nel 2015 con la discussione della tesi di Phd su Algeria e Tunisia nel quadro delle relazioni euro-mediterranee. Durante il mio percorso di studio e ricerca ho effettuato diversi periodi all'estero ( Erasmus presso l'Università Paris VII-Parigi, visite di studio e ricerca presso biblioteche e centri a Parigi, periodo di ricerca in Marocco, Fes Università Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah). Dal 2015 ad ora lavoro nel settore amministrativo universitario prima Università di Pisa e adesso Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna.

Berrino Giorgia - Avvocato
Dopo essermi laureata in Giurisprudenza presso l'Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia ed aver frequentato la Summer School Renzo Imbeni, ho conseguito l'abilitazione alla professione di avvocato presso la Corte di Appello di Bologna ed il titolo di dottore di ricerca presso il Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza di Modena e Reggio Emilia. Attualmente svolgo la professione forense presso il foro di Bologna e sono docente a contratto presso il Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza di Modena e Reggio Emilia.

Dieci Alice - nHuman Rights Officer, Reporting and Investigation Unit, United Nations Organization Stabilisation Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO)
I am an international human rights advocate with nine years of professional experience, both in headquarters and in the field, with the UN, civil society, academia, national human rights institutions and the private sector. I currently serve as a Human RIghts/Reporting Officer at the National Reporting and Investigation Unit of the Joint Human Rights Office of the MONUSCO peacekeeping mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Kinshasa). More recently, I have served as a Counter-Trafficking Specialist for the Anti-Trafficking Task Team of the Global Protection Cluster (led by UNHCR and IOM) as well as a Human Rights Officer for the UN peacekeeping mission in Central African Republic and for the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, Colombia and Venezuela. I have also engaged in consultancy work with ILGA Europe (on hate crimes and hate speech) and the European cooperation for Latin America, providing technical advise to the Mexican government and drafting a prevention strategy on commercial and sexual exploitation of children to be implemented in the country. Prior to this, I have worked with civil society organizations, carrying out advocacy work at the UN Human Rights Council on gender and children's rights in Geneva and in law firms in Italy, providing legal assistance to migrants and asylum seekers, victims of torture, of sexual violence, trafficking and other gross human rights violations. I have served in academia as Teaching Assistant on Theory and Practice of Human Rights at the University of Modena and have been involved in ad hoc research projects at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights (on transitional justice in Tunisia) and the London School of Economics (on hybrid tribunals and economic, social and cultural violations amounting to international crimes). I have solid experience in investigating, monitoring and reporting human rights violations, including in conflict and post-conflict settings. I am particularly interested in human rights investigation, conflict-related sexual violence, transitional justice, peace building, migration and trafficking in persons.

I also hold a Master's Degree in EU Law from the University of Hamburg (DE). Before stopping in Belgium, I studied and worked in several EU countries like Denmark (Horsens - Erasmus), Hungary (Budapest - Erasmus Placement), Germany (Hamburg - Master in EU law) and Spain (Bilbao - internship).
