Report management: information on personal data processing
We inform you that your personal data, which we are collecting, will be processed by this Body, pursuant to Law 150/2000 for institutional purposes as follows:
- allowing to respond to the sent reports;
- carrying out surveys aimed at verifying the level of users' satisfaction with the offered or requested services;
- being contacted by the Research Office (ufficioricerche@comune.modena.it) of the Municipality of Modena in order to ask for your participation in other satisfaction and opinion surveys carried out by the Municipality itself.

Following this communication, the processing of your personal data will be limited to the pursuit of the purposes indicated in letters a) and b).
The collection of your personal data is realized by recording the data provided by you, as the person concerned, at the time of the request.
Concerning these purposes, the processing of personal data takes place using IT tools and with a logic strictly related to the highlighted goals and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and the confidentiality of the data.
The provision of data is mandatory in order to respond to the sent report. Your personal data may be known and processed exclusively by operators identified as persons in charge of processing and they will not be communicated or disseminated.
Third-party service providers for the Municipality of Modena may become aware of the personal data, subject to designation as Data Processors and guaranteeing the same level of protection.
Your data will be kept for the necessary period for the realization of the referred above purposes, at the end of which they may be stored in compliance with the relevant regulatory provisions, in the case of further conservation requirement by provisions of law or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.
The processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.
The processing of personal data will not be transferred to a third Country or to an international organization.
You can at any time exercise your rights:
- to access to personal data;
- to get correction or cancellation of the data or the limitation of the processing that concerns you;
- to withdraw consent, where provided (the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the withdrawal);
- to data portability, where required;
- to opposition to the treatment;
- to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Italian Privacy Authority).
